Aroma Explains Why She Won’t Follow Artists Rushing to Stage Concerts With Few Songs

Date:

Singer Aroma has revealed that she doesn’t see herself staging a solo concert very soon, citing that she is not ready.

Aroma, real name Aroma Kyaverimukama, kick-started her professional music career around 2019 and has since gained recognition for her vibrant performances.

Having garnered a considerable fanbase, she believes it is the right time to stage a solo concert, an idea she doesn’t buy into.

During her recent TV interview, Aroma revealed that she wouldn’t be following the steps of other artists who have released a couple of hit songs before holding concerts out of hype. She noted that, as a result, many shows have flopped, and she wouldn’t want to go through the same experience.

Aroma further stated that she would first concentrate on building her catalog, and that way, she would have a list of several songs that she would perform for her fans. She made it known that she would one day be in a position to hold a concert, as she believes she has good music.

“I have seen people doing concerts with just two songs. But as a person, I need to first prepare myself. I do not want to stage a show, and you people start speaking out after people do not come through.

There is a way the media reports such news, and I do not want to be a part of that. I don’t want to stage a concert and have people say that I paid people to be there. But one day I will because I have good music,” Aroma said.
