Wiz Kaka and Citizen Kirabo Deliver Sweet Afrobeat Chemistry on New Single Ewooma – Xclusive News

Date:

Fast-rising Ugandan Afrobeat artist Wiz Kaka has unveiled his latest single, Ewooma, a feel-good love anthem featuring Citizen Kirabo.

The track blends smooth melodies, infectious rhythms, and heartfelt storytelling to create a song that celebrates the beauty of genuine connection.

The Luganda word Ewooma, loosely translated as “this love is sweet,” was inspired by a personal experience that left a lasting impression on the singer.

“I met someone who, in a very short time, ticked all the boxes and made me wonder why I had never met them before,” says Wiz Kaka. “That feeling inspired me to write Ewooma.”

Produced by McSan and Geo Wrld and mastered by Herbert Skillz, the song delivers a rich Afrobeat sound that perfectly complements its romantic message. Citizen Kirabo’s contribution adds an extra layer of warmth and chemistry, making the collaboration feel both natural and refreshing.

Interestingly, Kirabo initially created the beat with Wiz Kaka in mind. What began as a solo project soon evolved into a collaboration after the pair connected in the studio and discovered an undeniable creative synergy.

The accompanying music video, directed by Karl Rayson, captures the song’s vibrant and romantic spirit through captivating visuals that reflect themes of love, attraction, and celebration.

As his fan base continues to grow, Wiz Kaka is steadily establishing himself as one of Uganda’s promising Afrobeat voices, and Ewooma looks set to further elevate his rising profile.
