Renowned rapper St Nelly Sade has undergone a successful hernia surgery after years of grappling with the health challenge.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, St Nelly Sade frequently rode a bicycle; little did he know that the activity would trigger the inguinal hernia.
Inguinal hernia, this is where tissue, such as part of the intestine or fatty tissue, pushes through a weak spot in the abdominal muscles in the groin area.
The rapper developed a weird pain and an on-and-off swelling under his genitalia, which saw him frequent several medical facilities for a possible solution.
The condition, however, became more serious recently, seeking medical solution at IHK hospital, where he underwent a successful medical procedure.

By press time, Nelly Sade, real name Nsubuga Nelson, was in stable condition and hoped to recover successfully from the surgery.
