Grace Nakimera Confirms She Will Perform Both Gospel and Secular Songs at Her Concert

Date:

Secular cum gospel singer Grace Nakimera has hinted at what her fans should expect at her forthcoming The Power of Grace concert, particularly the lineup of the songs she will perform.

Grace Nakimera will be holding her concert on 11th September, and given her born-again status, fans were wondering if she would still perform her secular songs on her big day.

Speaking in a TV interview, Nakimera made it clear that she will perform all her songs, gospel and secular, because they define who she really is.

Grace Nakimera was one of the best dancehall artists and released several hit songs that are dearly loved by her fans and music enthusiasts alike.

However, with time, she switched into full-time ministry, which changed her lifestyle too. She promised that she would not be showing her naked body but would dress modestly because of how much she had grown and evolved.

“I do not need to be indecent. Besides, I’m now all grown up. How will you see me naked?  It will be so embarrassing for me. I can dress modestly and at the same time deliver an amazing performance,” she said.

Grace Nakimera further called upon her fans, especially from the Christian community, to give her direction on which version of her they wanted to see.

“I call upon every born-again Christian to comment and maybe give me direction on what I should do and which version of Grace they want to see. I see this as a job, and all the songs are mine; no one is demanding me,” she said.

Nakimera‘s concert will happen on 11th September at the prestigious Serena Hotel, with tickets going for Ugx 150K, 3M, and 5M for tables.
