Grace Khan Shares Rehab Journey and Recovery From Alcohol Addiction, She Was Abandoned With No Visitors

Date:

Singer Grace Khan has opened up about her recent recovery, saying that during her stay, no one reached out or visited to check on her progress.

Grace Khan, in a TV interview, revealed that she was in a terrible place, coughing blood and almost losing her life. She was too quick to navigate social media, where she contacted an undisclosed woman from a rehabilitation center, who came to her aid as quickly as possible.

Grace has been locked up for three months at the facility, noting that she didn’t have any visitors, especially after the first month, until her brother came through.

She had earlier tried to contact nearly five people in her phone book, but none of them answered. They seemed to have been disappointed in her relapse and didn’t come through to help her.

It was then that she stopped trying to reach out and concentrate on her recovery. They still didn’t come through until recently, when his brother reached out.

Grace Khan confessed that she was only addicted to alcohol, and it is the biggest problem she is currently battling with. She denied the allegations, suggesting that she had other drugs she was using that had driven her insane. Following her commitment, she noted that she is in a better place after getting all the help that she needed.

“Right now, I’m a recovering addict, not an addict anymore. No one wants this life, but it happens, and the addictions overpower you; that is why I didn’t let it consume me so much this time to embarrass myself the way I used to last time. I want to be a good example to my daughter,” she said.
