Renowned social media critic Frank Ntambi has today, 22 August 2025, been arrested and remanded to Luzira Prison.
Last month, Frank Ntambi was embroiled in an online argument with Team No Sleep boss Jeff Kiwa for his slanderous remarks.
Jeff Kiwa filed a cyber harassment case at Kabalagala Police Station in Kampala, under reference 116/25/07/2025, and Frank Ntambi was summoned to make a Police statement.
Subsequently, Ntambi responded to the Police’s request and appeared before the Kabagala Police Station, where he answered questions regarding his case.
In the unfortunate turn of events, he was arrested and detained at the Kabagala Police Station before being arraigned at Makindye court, where he was charged with two cases under the Computer Misuse Act.

He was thereafter remanded to Luzira Prison and expected to reappear before the court on Thursday, 28th August 2025.
