Media personality Sheilah Gashumba has been the target of accusations from musician Fik Gaza, who claims that she has broken her pledges to put him in touch with high-profile worldwide celebrities.
Fik claims that Sheilah promised to use her connections to set up partnerships with Davido and Patoranking, two of Nigeria’s biggest stars. This followed his well-received Banana Remix with Jamaican artist Konshens, which helped him get more recognition.
“She called me and said she liked my music. She promised to use her connections to secure collaborations with big names like Davido and Patoranking, I kept calling and following up, but she kept tossing me around. I felt like she wasn’t serious“. Fik disclosed.
Initially elated by the prospect, Fik eagerly followed up on Sheilah’s promises. However, he alleges that his repeated attempts to make progress were met with delays and vague responses.
