Singer Dax Vibez has urged fellow artists to avoid controversies if they want to succeed in the competitive music industry.
Dax Vibez held a press conference yesterday ahead of his All-White concert at UMA Show Grounds. While addressing members of the press, he shared his music journey, saying it started with him singing in his bathroom.
He revealed that he received a lot of criticism, with many saying he was wasting his time and making noise. This, however, didn’t put him down as he continued hustling and releasing music until he discovered his niche.
Despite being the youngest sibling in a family of already established artists, Dax put in the work, and he stayed on course. Growing up in an era of stunts, he chose to remain humble and focus on his career until he got his breakthrough.
“It was a dream that started out in my bathroom. People kept saying I was making noise for them. I went to the studio and tried so hard but kept failing. I released songs and lost all morale but when I got people who believed in me, I bounced back and at the end of it all I’m here to celebrate Dax. We are going to celebrate my resilience and sticking to the truth. I refused to do stunts or even make controversial news, and I stuck to the music that is why I’m here. You do not have to do controversies to be great,” he said.
He encouraged fellow artists who were still struggling to make it to stay away from situations like drugs, fights, robbery, among others, that are likely to destroy their careers.

“You do not have to do drugs to be great. You can use drugs when you decide to. You do not have to do alcohol, rob, lie, or prostitution; you can win. Stay on course; God is still working, and it is just a matter of time before you get your big break,” he added.
As his first concert, Dax will celebrate his resilience and perseverance. He called upon all his fans and supporters to come and support him that day to witness his victory and also celebrate how far he has come in his music journey.
