Singer and media personality Crysto Panda has revealed that he first consulted Sheebah Karungi before teaming up with Spice Diana for a song.
The two recently released their ‘Continue’ collaboration and have since sparked mixed reactions. Crysto Panda has always declared his love and respect for Sheebah Karungi, hailing her for adding to his career. It, however, came as a surprise when he chose to team up with Spice Diana, who is Sheebah’s known nemesis.
Addressing the confusion during a TV interview, Crysto Panda revealed that he expected people’s reactions, clarifying that he had initially reached out to Sheebah and told her about his intentions to work with Spice Diana to see if she was okay with it.
He emphasized that he didn’t do this because he needed permission to sing with Spice Diana, but out of respect for their friendship. To his surprise, Sheebah agreed and, in fact, expressed her happiness on his behalf at how big his brand was growing, to the point of working with top artists.
“These are top artists, and if you can work with both of them, you have to be honest and genuine towards them. Sheebah told me she was so happy for me because I was now working with top artists and I was growing as an artist. People thought I would carry their feud, but that is not me. It was just out of respect, and to my understanding, she was very happy. She told me to forget about what people said or think,” Panda said.

Spice Diana, on the other hand, backed him up, insisting that it was always important for artists to keep friendships in mind while doing business.
“It is called respecting friendships with someone. There is business, but then there is having your personal friends that you want to keep. They shouldn’t hurt each other,” Crysto Panda said.
