Renowned Ugandan comedian Patrick Salvado is currently confined to the Nakasero hospital bed over pancreatitis health challenges.
Patrick Salvado gave his health update overnight via his social media stories, sharing photos of himself receiving treatment through a cannula.
Salvado revealed that he was diagnosed with pancreatitis, a medical condition linked to digestive enzymes becoming prematurely active inside the pancreas, causing it to damage itself.
According to reports, Pancreatitis is caused by constant alcohol intake, among other factors, with alcohol triggering pancreatic enzymes to start digesting the organ.
Salvado admitted that he is responsible for the ailment, acknowledging that over the years, he has faced the consequences, could have controlled the contributing factors, but failed to exercise caution.

At present, Patrick Salvado is under close medical supervision at Nakasero Hospital in Kampala, and his medical condition has been met with significant well-wishes from his fans and family.
