Singer Pallaso has branded the late Mowzey Radio as one of the biggest gangsters despite his soft look that he always portrayed.
Pallaso has occasionally been involved in disputes with fellow artists, including Alien Skin and King Saha. During one of his live TikTok broadcasts, Pallaso addressed critics labeling him a gangster, claiming that the late Mowzey Radio was worse than him.
While the public was used to seeing Radio Mowzey’s soft side, especially when he released his love songs, Pallaso revealed that behind that display was a person who harbored a soldier-like heart.
Pallaso narrated the first time he experienced a different side of Radio years back. He narrated that he had entered Sherry’s Cafe, and when he stepped out, he witnessed one of the biggest fights, and it was Radio against random boda boda riders.
One of the men allegedly kicked Radio in the chest, and he fell flat on the ground, but he immediately got up and started fighting again. He jumped into Chagga’s car, and they ran away, but the boda guys got to them and ended up burning Chagga’s car.

“You might see me as a gangster, but you do not know that Radio Mowzey was the biggest gangster. His heart was for soldiers even when he used to sign soft love songs. After that incident, in my heart, I felt he was too fearless because he could have easily died at that spot. That was my first time witnessing Radio fighting,” he said.
Radio passed away at Case Clinic in 2018 following severe head injuries sustained in a bar fight in Entebbe.
