Socialite Bad Black has issued a legal ultimatum to fashion stylist Kim Swagga, demanding that he publicly disclose the DNA test results that allegedly proved he is not the biological father of her daughter, Davina.
Last week, Kim Swagga denied paternity, claiming that a secret DNA test had confirmed that he was not the child’s father. However, Bad Black is now challenging him to produce evidence of the test within 48 hours or face legal consequences.
Taking to Facebook, Bad Black made her stance clear:
“Lawful Kim Swagga, I demand for disclosure of DNA results within 48 hours. Share those results with my lawyers, also you can post it on your Facebook, my full consent with you. SHOULD YOU FAIL to adhere to the above demands within the stipulated timelines, my lawyers will institute both Criminal & Civil proceedings against you for breach of the child’s privacy, defamation, child neglect, and psychological distress caused, at your own peril, embarrassment, and costs.”
She insists that Kim Swagga’s claims have violated the right to privacy of a minor and caused psychological harm.
Should he fail to provide proof of the DNA results, she intends to pursue legal action on multiple grounds, including defamation and child neglect.
