Businesswoman Zuena Kirema Ssali has opened up about her marriage to musician husband Bebe Cool, revealing that she was unaware he was the son of a prominent minister when they met.
Zuena made the revelation while discussing their marriage before multitudes of people at the recently concluded Bride and Groom Expo.
As guest speakers together with her husband, Zuena revealed that she ignored his political background and the fact that he was the son of Bidandi Ssali.
Zuena Kirema admitted to having denied giving Bebe Cool her number on two occasions because of how he looked. She was not pleased with his ‘Rasta’ looks when he tried hitting on her.
Bebe Cool, however, persisted until Zuena gave in.
“The first time we talked, I saw a well-behaved man. He respected me and I knew he would be developmental to me. I didn’t know he was a son of the minister until I read an article in the papers,” she said.

When Zuena turned 18, Bebe Cool married her officially in a court wedding, and they have been together since then. The couple has five children.
