Zari Hassan Opens Up About Her Miscarriage in May, Clarifies Recent Pregnancy Images

Date:

Socialite Zari Hassan has revealed that she experienced a miscarriage during her first pregnancy with husband Shakib Cham Lutaaya.

A few days back, Zari shared photos of herself with a seemingly bulging tummy on her Snapchat, birthing speculations among social media users that she was expecting Shakib’s first child, a rumor that she has firmly debunked.

According to Zari Hassan, she was at a movie set and was playing a pregnant wife who goes to kill her promiscuous husband and his side chick.

“People are silly. They see me on my Snapchat every day posting pictures of myself, and they know I’m not pregnant. Can I get pregnant in just two days? They should use common sense. I put a hashtag showing I was on set, but they just ran with everything,” she said.

Zari went ahead to express her desire to have babies with her husband. However, she confessed that she lost her pregnancy with Shakib at six weeks in May this year. She, however, hopes to get pregnant again soon and have their children.

Zari acknowledged loving Shakib so much and attributes their long stay in marriage to the fact that he understands her so much.

“He is my person, and he understands me so much. He is my personal person and my go-to person. I get him, the same way he gets me so much. Other men didn’t understand me like Shakib. God gave him to me as a gift,” she said.
