Wizzard OG Drops New Banger ‘Ki Uganda Kinyuma’ as Trend Sweeps the Music Scene

Date:

Fast-rising artist Wizzard OG has joined the hottest wave in Uganda’s music scene with his brand-new anthem, Ki Uganda Kinyuma.”

The track draws inspiration from the viral catchphrase first coined by Finance Minister Matia Kasaija, which has since taken over social media and the entertainment industry.

Wizzard OG’s version delivers a pure Afro-dancehall vibe, groovy, upbeat, and unapologetically Ugandan. With infectious energy and smooth production, the song is already lighting up TikTok challenges, party playlists, and radio airwaves across the country.

Since Kasaija’s “Ki Uganda Kinyuma” moment went viral on TV, several stars, including Alien Skin, Juliana Kanyomozi, Fefe Bussi, and Omega 256, have released their own creative renditions.

But Wizzard OG’s take stands out for its youthful energy, catchy hooks, and street-ready production, the kind of jam that gets you moving without a second thought.

Known for hits like “Honey,” “Mafia,” “Champe” ft. Dokta Brain, and “Simala” off Jose Chameleone’s Kawempe Riddim, Wizzard OG continues to prove he’s one of the most consistent and versatile new voices on Uganda’s music scene.
