Over the weekend, dancehall singer, dancer, and songwriter Kapeke-born Derrick Nsubuga prematurely ended his Roast and Rhyme performance.
Kapeke was among the artists scheduled to perform at Swangz Avenue’s Roast and Rhyme festival at the Hockey Grounds in Lugogo.
Taking to the stage, Kapeke was well received by partiers, who had long awaited his arrival to take them on a thrilling musical journey.
However, midway through his performance, the DJ experienced technical issues beyond his control that distorted the BPM of the singer’s “Shuu” song.
Rubbed the wrong way, the singer and his gang stormed the festival exit, leaving partiers and fans alike perplexed.
