Musician Weasel Manizo has expressed his disappointment in the late Radio Mowzey’s family and former Goodlyfe manager Chagga.
Weasel in a WhatsApp audio sent to YouTuber Frank Ntambi revealed he was in a lot of pain following his music partner’s death, and the people around him are not making it any easier for him to cope.
He specifically name-dropped Chagga, who was on an interview recently, and claimed that Weasel Manizo was never the late Mowzey Radio’s genuine friend.
Chagga emphasized that their relationship was strictly professional and only bound by music. He claimed that his genuine friends were outside the industry, something that broke Weasel’s heart.
While addressing the matter in the leaked audio, Weasel broke down, saying Chagga was using his family name in his interviews to get traction for his upcoming show.
“Chagga has a show coming up, but he should know that not everybody will run on the Mayanja family name. He is using me for promotion instead of speaking about his music and not us. How can they claim I wasn’t his friend when I’m the one protecting his property from theft? I will show you all Radio’s property and what was taken by the same people who are accusing me,” he said.
Weasel also called out Radio’s family, who he says have been plotting to steal all his property. He accused them of continuously painting him as a wicked person and coming up with crafty ways by using fake national IDS to have the property transferred to their names.

What hurts Weasel the most was the fact that they refused to hold the deceased’s customary last funeral rites (Lumbe) despite passing on years back.
He believes that whatever is happening and what he is going through is a result of Radio not being happy with him because he didn’t fulfill his promise of being there for him.
“I’m going through a lot, I can’t deny, but I’m out enjoying life because I have people taking care of me. They have never had his last funeral rites (lumbe) ever since he died. Maybe that is what is holding me back from moving on, because Rado expects me to be there for him, but the family doesn’t want me to. The reason why I’m like that is that I lost my brother. I’m in fact a strong man. I have never asked Radio for money, and I could easily steal his property if I wanted to because I know about many of his properties that most do not know,” he added.
Weasel revealed he was ready to spill all the secrets to Frank Ntambi in a sit-down interview because of the pain, stress, and depression. He gave him the go-ahead to post the phone call interview, allowing people to see what was happening in his life and the positive side of him.
