Musician Douglas Mayanja, popularly known as Weasel Manizo, has been admitted to Nsambya Hospital with serious injuries, amid concerns that one of his legs may be broken.
The injuries reportedly stem from a domestic altercation involving his partner, Sandra Teta.
According to various sources, the incident occurred at Shan’s Bar & Restaurant in Munyonyo in the wee hours
Witnesses claim that the couple got into a heated argument, during which Sandra allegedly attempted to leave the scene by car. Weasel is said to have stood in front of the vehicle, resulting in him being hit and sustaining injuries.
Sources close to the family report that both of Weasel’s legs were affected in the incident.
The couple has a history of public disputes, with several previous incidents attracting media attention.
