Renowned musician Weasel Manizo, born Douglas Mayanja, has addressed reports surrounding his leg injury.

A few days back, a video clip depicting Weasel walking seemingly in discomfort made rounds on several social media platforms.

In the video, Weasel Manizo could be seen in the company of his two colleagues, undertaking their mysterious pursuits.

What drew netizens’ attention, however, was Weasel’s odd movement, generating widespread concerns about his health status.

Upon crossing paths with the queries, the singer was so quick to address the matter, revealing those behind his excruciating pain.

In a post shared via the Radio and Weasel social media platforms, the singer revealed that he had been targeted by those who opposed his candidacy for the Makindye West Member of Parliament position.

He maintained that despite the challenges, he remains determined to pursue his political goals, thanking fans for the support.
