Socialite Prima Kardashi, real name Ndagire Prima, has defended musician Chosen Becky and Ssekajja’s display of affection against social media trolls.
Chosen Becky and Ssekajja have been trending in the media following their appearance at Maureen Nantume’s concert at Serena Hotel. The couple walked the red carpet hand in hand while wearing matching ‘Kitenge’ clothes. In all the interviews Becky gave to journalists, she never let go of her husband’s hand and even kissed him in front of the cameras.
Social media users filled the comment section, judging and trolling them for their public display of affection. Many insinuated that she was holding Ssekajja hostage and forcing him to do what she wanted for attention.
Prima, while speaking to Sanyuka TV, called out social media trolls, affirming that the couple was comfortable with their lifestyle. In this era of breakups, Prima noted that many young people desired stable, solid relationships like Becky’s, but couldn’t find them. She revealed that the insults came from a place of envy because they couldn’t get their hands on what she has.
She makes me happy, and I don’t think people should be mocking her. In Kampala, it is not easy to get a man who will agree to matching sets. We all love it, but it is not easy in this generation. I know she is the envy of many people, but they keep mocking her in public. People get angry at what they cannot get; we saw them in matching clothes, her husband is doing everything she wants, which is why they are jealous because they cannot get what she has. They resort to trolling her, but personally, I support her because we all love it but can’t have it.

Prima also applauded Ssekajja for choosing to love his woman loudly and openly while ignoring social media noise.
Some of these men love us in private, but we can’t even walk together when we step out; they always leave us behind. Becky came hand in hand with her man. In all the interviews she did, she had him on her side, and that is what every girl wants.
