Vivo Energy Uganda has commissioned four new Shell stations in 2025, expanding its network to over 195 sites nationwide and unveiling Shell’s refreshed visual identity. The milestone was marked at the modern Shell Mawanda Road station in Kampala, demonstrating the company’s continued growth as the marketer and distributor of Shell fuels and lubricants in Uganda.

The new identity brings a modern look to Shell sites while keeping the familiar yellow, red and white brand colours that customers recognise. The updated design places greater focus on clear navigation, comfortable spaces and a consistent experience across all sites.

The new Shell Mawanda Road brings enhanced convenience and sustainability to the service station network, featuring the company’s first solar-powered canopy that provides up to six hours of solar power to meet station’s energy needs and daily, reflecting its commitment to sustainability, by lowering carbon emissions and supporting a cleaner environment. The site also hosts renowned quick service restaurant brands KFC and Java House, and an Auto Express service centre, offering motorists a modern, fully serviced experience.
