Vinka and Jackie Chandiru Team Up on New Party Anthem “Wire Man”

Date:

Released earlier today, the track arrives fresh off the momentum of Vinka’s most recent charming hit, LaLaLa,” further cementing her run of vibrant, dancefloor-driven releases.

The collaboration carries a deeper, full-circle significance. During the Blu*3 Reunion Concert in 2024, Vinka revealed that long before her music career took shape, Jackie Chandiru played a pivotal role in her journey.

Jackie not only trained and mentored her as a dancer but also offered Vinka her very first professional gig, opening doors that would eventually lead her into the music industry. “Wire Man” stands as a powerful reflection of that shared history, a living testament to the saying, one good turn deserves another.

“Wire Man” was written by Yese Oman Rafiki, produced by Bangar Boi, and brought to life visually by acclaimed videographer Aaronaire, who also directed Vinka’s “LaLaLa” and “Nyam Nyam” visuals. The result is an energetic, high-gloss package that matches the song’s infectious spirit.

Anticipation around the record has been steadily building, not just for its groovy, club-ready beat, but for the promise of seeing two generations of Ugandan pop royalty meet on one sound. “Wire Man” is primed to send fans straight to the dancefloor, inviting them to get down and party from dusk till dawn.
