Upcoming singer Visa Vybes has apologised to John Blaq for the private video that leaked, saying it ruined his career and life.
A few years back, a private video went viral on social media, featuring a figure who looked exactly like John Blaq. The singer, together with his team, involved the police, which led to Visa Vybes being arrested for the malicious act. They alleged that he leaked the video to tarnish John Blaq’s name and would pay heavily for it.
Visa Vybes, during a TV interview, revealed that his life had come to a standstill ever since the saga with John Blaq. He explained that people stopped supporting his music, and those who used to bail him out occasionally abandoned him because they believed he was the one on the tape.
“I do not have peace. My life came to a standstill ever since that sextape leaked; something I didn’t know about. My life is ruined, and I cannot do anything. He is my brother, and we cannot live like this forever. My music isn’t moving, and I cannot face people ever since everything happened. My life is ruined, and I cannot even get something to eat from people who used to help me,” he said.
He denied being the person in the video and noted that he had tried to look for John Blaq to explain and clear his name and let him know he is innocent, but in vain. He, however, decided to take the blame and apologized to the singer to restore peace.

“I want to explain to him that it wasn’t me and even apologize for everything because I know he thinks I was behind it. I take the blame for peace’s sake because many people are behind bars for crimes they didn’t commit. This was plastered under my name, and I accept it, but I need John Blaq as a big brother. I also forgive him because I went to prison for it,” he said.
Vybes hoped to sit at a round table with John Blaq and make peace.
