TikTok Creator Luwi Light Denied Bail, Remanded Again Over Multiple Pending Police Cases

Date:

TikTok creator Luwi Light has today, 21 January 2026, been rearraigned before the court on cases that were filed by singer Bebe Cool.

A few weeks ago, Luwi Light was arrested, detained, and remanded to Luzira Prison after being arraigned before the court.

Singer Bebe Cool was the primary accuser, pinning the blame on the creator for attacking his family and his wife’s cake brand, Zuena Cakes.

Among the cases lodged against Luwi were those for misinformation and hate speech. She was remanded and expected to reappear today, 21 January 2026.

Unfortunately, her bail application was declined by the judge, asserting that there are several pending cases filed against Luwi at the police.
