Rapper The Mith has opened up on why he has stayed single for all this time, even when most of his friends are settling down.
The Mith, born Tom Mayanja, while speaking to Galaxy TV, confessed that he is following the traditional rules of religion, which require him to get a wife first before having children.
Having lived as a single man for a long time, The Mith revealed he is actively searching for the right partner with the qualities he desires. Contrary to what most men prefer, The Mith noted that he wasn’t considering physical features, especially body type, but wanted to settle down with a drama-free woman with a good personality.
“If I’m being honest, I’m old-fashioned and I prefer having my wife first, then having children. I’m just someone with a good personality, and I don’t like drama. Just leave that aside,” he said.
While describing his ideal woman, The Mith explained that he desires to settle down with a woman who gives him peace and understands the nature of his job. As a musician, some of the gigs go on too late in the night, and it would be better to be with someone who understands that.

“I get it that when women are going into their cycle, they go through certain things but there is that drama of questioning where I’m coming from. If you know I’m a musician and I say I’m going to be on radio, you know the disco might end the next day; even after that, an artist might ask me to go to the studio,” he said.
The Mith further confessed that he is exclusively talking to someone he is interested in, even when he is not sure where it will lead him.
