Celebrated rapper Tom Mayanja, commonly known as The Mith, has expressed his admiration and love for Kapeke’s music.
The Mith discussed the state of the music industry, particularly Hip Hop, noting that artists were releasing music based on trends rather than quality.
Among the many artists who have taken over social media trends is Kapeke, and without hesitation, The Mith confessed to being one of his great fans.
The Mith revealed that he has unreleased lyrics inspired by Kapeke, as he often finds himself in the studio recording his songs and beats.
“I can only speak from my position. I love Kapeke and his music. Every time I go into the studio, I do not know how many times I have started writing to his music. But I kept restraining myself because I wanted to do my thing. He almost misled me. I have lyrics somewhere on my phone. I may not remember the flow, but these are things that when I listen to them, I’m influenced by them,” he confessed while laughing out loud.
The Mith publicly requested Kapeke to allow him to jump on the Kaba remix or, better still, record a freestyle on the trendy beat.
“Now that my album is out, we can do whatever we want. I think even if he allows it or not, I might just do a freestyle on his beat,” he said.

To show that he loves this particular style of music, The Mith at one point teamed up with Amal King, who was a part of the famous ‘Shifura’ trend. He confessed that he liked his style and infused it in his ‘Nkooye’ song featuring Flexx D’ Paper.
