Stecia Mayanja Unbothered by Criticism Over Dance Moves at NRM Rallies

Date:

Singer Stecia Mayanja has defended trending videos showing her in awkward positions dancing with men at campaign rallies.

A few months ago, Stecia Mayanja was announced as the president of the National Peasants Party but was later fired for participating in NRM rallies, which were in violation of the party’s rules.

Unbothered by the decision, Stecia Mayanja has since then appeared on almost all NRM campaigns unapologetically. Dressed in tight attire, she has always been judged by social media users for constantly shaking her behind and allowing men from the crowd to get close to her.

Speaking to journalists, Stecia Mayanja revealed she was unbothered by the haters because she was busy making money and having fun with her fans.

It is all music and fun. I want people to know that the more you waste time wallowing in sorrow, the more you will go mad. I choose to have fun while working. I was in Canada, but didn’t know God had planned for me to come back and perform at the rallies. To those judging me, do they want me to sleep hungry?

Stecia also noted that she didn’t take offense at any insults being thrown at her because she believes they come from a place of envy and jealousy. She, however, promised to insult them back for as long as they attacked her on her page.

Whatever they insult me with doesn’t hurt me because I don’t even know these people. I keep giving them content to use against me. People are going through a lot. They are broke and easily angered by people they don’t know. I don’t care about what they say because I have heard it all. Besides, the insults earn me money.
