Media personality Ssenga Nantume has opened up on how her ex-lover assaulted her after he caught him with another woman.
Ssenga Justine Nantume confessed during her appearance in a YouTube podcast alongside Bina Babie and Doreen while discussing how to deal with abusive partners. In her experience, Nantume revealed that she once dated a promiscuous man who was toxic at the same time.
On this particular day, they were out at a specific bar, and she wanted her partner to take her back home. He was, however, chilling in her car with another woman when she found them. Out of respect, she knelt and greeted all the people around, something that triggered him.
Ssenga Justine Nantume reveals that the man jumped out of his car and started slapping her in front of all their friends.
“He was in my car with another woman. When I greeted them, he stepped out of the car, and out of anger, he started slapping me in public and disorganized the clothes I was wearing.
As a celebrity, Nantume expressed her gratitude to the revelers who helped her by not recording the incident and sharing the clips on social media.

“I thank people who were around the bar because they didn’t record video clips to post me on social media. I just got on a boda and left. His friends also confronted him for beating me up. They said I had been so good to them and they didn’t want anything bad happening to me,” she said.
At this point, Nantume revealed she had no option but to let go of the relationship. She took back her car from him and has never returned his call to date.
“I walked away and went back to the house. I got my rosary and prayed to God, begging him to take him away. I cried so much saying I needed him out of my life because I wanted him to forget me. With the help of my brother, I removed my car from him and took it to the village. After two weeks, I bought a new car for myself. He called me again begging for forgiveness but I have since not picked up his calls,” she said .
