Simon Bunks and Wife Sharon Plan to Adopt after viral wedding

Date:

Ugandan upcoming musician Simon Banks has defended his decision to marry a much older mzungu woman, Sharon.

Simon Banks has been the topic of discussion on social media following his wedding to Sharon at One Love Beach Busabala.

According to Simon, he never made his wedding private because he wasn’t expecting it to go viral. Sadly, some of the guests took footage of their vows and posted them online, even when they were cautioned to leave their phones behind.

Despite the criticism, Simon Bunks confessed that he loved his wife deeply and wasn’t concerned by what naysayers were saying about him on the internet.

Speaking to Sanyuka TV, Simon revealed that his parents were well aware of his choice of woman and were comfortable with his decision to marry Sharon.

“But all in all, she is my wife now because the wedding was done. My mum is very okay with my choices, and I had told her about it. My dad called me too, telling me how everyone was asking him about it. At the end, he asked me if I was okay with it,” he revealed.

Simon Bunks further noted that as a couple, they were considering adoption since Sharon is past the age of giving birth.

“She has children already, but she said we would adopt some children, and we are already working on it. I’ll also get children of my own because everyone prides themselves on parenthood,” he said.

Contrary to claims that Simon Bunks married Sharon for financial reasons, he denied the allegations, emphasizing that he works hard for his money.
