Ugandan singer Red Banton is seeking financial help from Ugandans. He is said that he is struggling with living situation and even food.
He said that he actually lost almost everything and now he has no where to live and the weather is also bad.
Red Banton is among the musicians that elevated the Ugandan music industry. The artistes of his time pen homes and big businesses. Others have even left the country to go and live better abroad.
The singer has struggled with drugs, he has failed to put his life together and at this age he is seeking for financial help.
According to Banton, life hasn’t been easy for him and he is thankful to anyone that is willing to bring a change in his life.
“My living situation is difficult, and I am seeking help from anyone who can assist me in getting out of this,”. – Red Banton
He is not the first musician to publicly ask for financial help. Most musicians even dear to ask for any help as they will be seen as weak and incapable.
