The Kabalagala Police have summoned socialite Shakib Cham over alleged assault and theft at businessman Boss Mutoto’s bar in Munyoyo.
According to a press statement issued by the Deputy Police Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan, on 27th December 2025, Shakib Cham and a group of thugs allegedly attacked Chezz Boss Mutoto Bar in Munyonyo, Kampala City.
During the attack, Shakib and his group assaulted several attendees and robbed four victims of their mobile phones.
Assault and robbery cases were immediately filed at the Kabalagala Police Station, and investigators visited the scene and are working on identifying all individuals who participated in the attack.
Amid ongoing investigations, Shakib Cham Lutaaya was summoned to Kabalagala Police Station to make a statement.

The Police condemned acts of violence and lawlessness, promising the public that investigations would be conducted to ensure that all perpetrators were brought to justice.
