1.23 PM: Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa has one hand on the NRM flag in Ruhinda North, Mitooma. In one polling station he got more than 200 votes while his closest challenger got 10 votes.
12.52 PM: Musa Mbaziira, the Rubaga Division Speaker, is so far leading the race to carry the NRM flag in Rubaga South. Results from several polling stations show that he is defeating his main opponent Derrick Lufanya.
12.30 PM: Former minister Dr Crispus Kiyonga is trailing state minister for Transport Godfrey Kabbyanga in the race to become NRM flag bearer for Bukonzo West in Kasese. At Rusese Pride Polling Station where polling was closed provisional results show that Kabbyanga got 170 while Kiyonga got only 4 votes. More results are still coming in…
