No Concert in 2026: Spice Diana Reveals Reasons Behind the Decision

Date:

Musician Spice Diana, real name Hajara Namukwaya, has ruled out any possibility of concerts next year, unlike in previous years.

Spice Diana is among the few artists who have made it a norm to stage a concert at the start of almost every other year to celebrate her music journey with her fans.

At the beginning of this year, she marked a decade in the industry, and just as her fans were gearing up for her concert announcement, she revealed she had other plans.

During a recent interview, Spice Diana made it clear that she doesn’t have any plans to stage a concert next year, as has been the norm. She explained that the year had rushed through, giving her no time to prepare for the big day.

I always do them at the start of the year, but no. Too bad, I think the year has run through so fast.

Despite not having concert plans, Spice Diana says she has a lot of music yet to be released and is not under any pressure to release it. She says musicians have adopted the practice of releasing songs back-to-back, so the songs aren’t getting the attention they need from fans.

For the four songs she has released this year, Spice Diana believes they are enough to get her through this period, and she plans to do the same next year.

I’m not under so much pressure to release, yet I have so much music. I even wanted to shoot a video soon, but then I had to rethink it. The song with Vyroota is actually doing well.

Previously, we tended to release so much music back-to-back, and I find it a little funny. This time, I want to give the song time. It’s just three weeks old, and I don’t have that much pressure.
