Mzee Kawato, Dexta Rapper Still Together Despite Social Media Speculation

Date:

Social media sensations Mzee Kawato and his son Dexta Rapper have dismissed rumors that they have gone their separate ways.

Over the past few days, social media has been flooded with reports claiming that the father-son duo had fallen out over money issues. Some users alleged that Mzee Kawato had abandoned his son’s music projects and resorted to dancing to Amapiano beats instead.

The speculation gained traction after Mzee Kawato was frequently seen attending events without Dexta, prompting assumptions that their partnership had ended.

However, it has since been confirmed that Dexta Rapper is currently sitting for his Uganda Certificate of Education (U.C.E.) examinations, which began last week. He reportedly took a temporary break from public performances to prepare and focus on this critical stage of his education.

Mzee Kawato, real name Masereka, and his son Dexta shot to fame following a viral performance at the Comedy Store, where Kawato joined his son on stage mid-performance. His signature dance moves and flexible waistline sent the crowd into a frenzy, and the video quickly spread across social media platforms.
