Miss Uganda, Natasha Nyonyozi, has her eyes set on more than just the Miss World crown—she also hopes to meet her celebrity crush, British-Ugandan actor Daniel Kaluuya.
Known for his stellar performances in blockbuster films like Get Out and Black Panther, Kaluuya has won fans worldwide, and Natasha is no exception.
In various interviews, Natasha has openly confessed her admiration for the Oscar-winning actor, even joking about having a “crush” on him.
As she prepares to represent Uganda at the Miss World competition in May, she admits that she’s not ruling out the possibility of a memorable encounter with her idol.
“I was actually joking about the crush,” she clarified with a laugh, “but the fact that he’s Ugandan, British, and doing such a great job in Hollywood is commendable. He’s such an inspiration, and if God wills, I will meet him.”
While she remains lighthearted about the prospect of meeting Kaluuya, Natasha’s primary focus is currently on her beauty pageant career.
She confirmed that she is single at the moment, saying her energy is directed toward making Uganda proud at Miss World.
“I’m really focused on the Miss World journey, and right now, relationships are not a priority,” she noted.
