Music is expensive, my fans don’t demand it. Kabako on silence

Date:

Musician Roden Y Kabako has revealed that the reason he has not released new music back-to-back is because music lovers never demand him for new projects.

Kabako is one of the most entertaining artists with the ability to work the crowds. Many of his fans have been wondering why he hasn’t been releasing more songs, given that he has gathered a sizable crowd.

In an interview with BBS TV, Kabako explained that throughout his career, no one has ever looked forward to his yet-to-be-released music just like they do for other artists.

I have never seen that in my life. Just do what pleases me and my fans. Have you ever seen an artist whose fans do not demand new music?

Have never heard people asking why I have been quiet for long. It has never happened to me but I see it in other people. No one has ever sent, forced, demanded for a song from me. One day my wife also noticed the same thing, he said.

Kabako highlighted the fact that the music industry has undergone significant evolution. He claimed that music consumers preferred expensive and high-quality videos, something he could not afford.

He mentioned artists like A Pass who have, over time, invested heavily in their craft, noting that it was the new trend if they wanted to excel in the industry.

“Everyone prefers videos of USD10K and above. Music is very expensive and people need everything. We used to just dress up in one attire and show up for shows but A Pass recently dressed in six different attires,” he revealed.
