His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda, has expressed his deep sorrow upon the passing of Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya, the Member of Parliament representing Kawempe North Constituency.

In his brief condolence message issued on his personal Twitter on Thursday afternoon, January 8th, 2025, Mufti Mubaje described the late Hon.
