Date:

After a year of conflict over property ownership, Mary Nambwayo and Ssuuna Ben have finally reached an amicable settlement.

The two had been at odds over a house in Entebbe, leading to prolonged disagreements.

However, during a crucial meeting held yesterday, attended by Hajji Kavuma, Kamoga, and journalist Josephat Seguya, both parties agreed on a resolution.

According to the agreement, Ssuuna Ben will construct a bungalow worth Shs 70 million for Mary Nambwayo in Gayaza-Kitetika. This residence will be her new home, where she will live with their child.

As part of the settlement, Mary Nambwayo has agreed to vacate Ssuuna Ben’s mansion, allowing him to regain sole ownership of the property, including the land title.

To ensure fairness, the house in Gayaza-Kitetika will be registered in Nambwayo’s name, and Ssuuna Ben will transfer the land ownership to her as well.
