Makindye Court Postpones Bryan White Case Over Alarming Health Condition

Date:

The Makindye Court has today rescheduled Bryan White’s court proceedings due to his alarming health and his behavior on the court premises.

Bryan White, real name Briam Kirumira, left onlookers alarmed after being brought to court this afternoon to answer to charges in connection with Caroline Nalubwama’s tragic death.

Amidst loud cries and groans, Bryan, who was covered in white sheets, was carried on a skinny mattress by four men and later dragged directly into the courtroom. He was heard screaming, cursing, and letting everyone know how much pain he was in and needed painkillers before being rushed back.

His outburst disrupted the court hearing, and the magistrate announced she could not read the charges and ordered Bryan White to be returned to the hospital for treatment.

This comes shortly after Bryan’s lover, Nalunga Daisy, alongside Irene Nambalirwa, Naava Nakato, and Abaho Daphine, were charged with multiple offenses, including giving false information, conspiracy to commit a felony, manslaughter, and negligent acts causing death.

Prosecution noted that the charges stemmed from the incident that happened in October at Bryan’s residence, which saw Nalubwama lose her life following severe burns sustained in the fire.

They were remanded until 18th December, where they are expected to reappear at Makindye Chief Magistrates’ Court.
