Singer Jowy Landa, real name Joan Namugerwa, has opened up about her bitter split with fellow singer and media personality Black Shugar.
A few months back, Jowy Landa fell out bitterly with Black Shugar after the former’s reported failure to perform at the latter’s event.
The former friends have not been seeing eye to eye, and Jowy Landa shared details surrounding their bitter split, claiming she once housed Black Shugar after she lost her house keys during a night out.
Jowy Landa claims that during her friendship journey with Black Shugar, she had been supportive, performing at her events at no cost.
She says asking for facilitation before performing at one of her events sparked their fallout, with the Radio 4 host attacking her on social media whenever she got a chance.
Jowy says that when her mother crossed paths with Shugar’s insults on social media, she was reduced to tears, one of the heartbreaking moments in her life.

She noted that she lost trust in friends, urging fans to love people from a distance, as it will save them a lot of problems.
