Musician Jose Chameleone has publicly announced that he would not be holding his concert on the same date as Fik Fameica as previously scheduled.
In a video shared on his social media platforms, Jose Chameleone opened up about his love for the music industry and his passion for seeing the younger generation thrive in it.
The Leone Island boss also took time to address the questions about the position of his concert ever since they learnt that it was clashing with Fik Fameica’s own.
As he appreciated Fik Fameica’s talent, he revealed that he would be letting him have his day at Lugogo Cricket Oval on 5th September.
He further noted that staging a concert on the same dates would be greedy and unfair of him, considering that Ugandans have supported him for over two decades.
Fik Fameica is the next generation; a very talented artist and a big star. If I put the show on the same date, it shows how greedy I am. Ugandans have supported me for all these years, and I really appreciate it; I do not take it for granted.
Fik Fameica chose his date without fighting anyone, and unfortunately, I clashed with him. Personally, I made a very big decision, and I’m here to tell all my friends that we will have my show on another date.
Furthermore, Jose Chameleone called upon all his fans and music lovers to flock to Lugogo Cricket Oval and support Fik Fameica.
