Janet Museveni Joins Ugandans in Wishing Birthday Blessings to Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba

First Lady and Minister of State for Education and Sports, Janet Museveni, has celebrated Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba on his 51st birthday today. She took to social media, seeking God’s blessings for the General.

“Muhoozi, as a mother and as a Ugandan, I thank the Almighty for your life, your growth in wisdom, and your service to our nation. May the Lord continue to guide your steps, bless your efforts with peace, and fill your years with purpose,” the First Lady posted on X.

Happy birthday, General @mkainerugaba.”

The birthday wishes poured in from across Uganda, with many ministers, Members of Parliament, and both private and public sector leaders expressing their admiration for Gen Kainerugaba, who also serves as a senior presidential advisor on special operations.

Wilson Kajwengye, the Nyabushozi Member of Parliament, shared his message: “Happy birthday, Gen @mkainerugaba, CDF of @cdfupdf. Thank you for securing Uganda home and away. You are an inspiration to our generation. May you live longer, happy and contented.”

Director of Crime Intelligence, AIGP Christopher Damulira, also wished the General: “Happy Birthday Afande CDF 🙏 @mkainerugaba.
