Media personality DJ Jacob Omutuuze has no kind words for Weasel Manizo for celebrating his loss in the recently concluded elections.
Jacob Omutuuze and Weasel Manizo have been sworn enemies for years since their days in Goodlyfe. Weasel was among those who wished him a heavy loss when he declared his intention to run for political office, and it finally came to pass.
Reacting to his statement, Jacob described Weasel as an insane man with no moral authority to troll him. He expressed his disappointment in the Goodlyfe singer for celebrating his loss with no consideration of people’s lives, which were allegedly lost in the process.
“Weasel is a sick man with problems. We cannot involve him in conversations with sane people. A person who has never held office has no right to speak. He is ever drunk, he is always vulgar in his videos, which he records without shame. We cannot take his points seriously. People’s lives were lost in the elections, families lost their children, and if we see him joking about this, we just wonder. For a person who doesn’t even remember his child’s birthday, should just let such issues go,” he said.
Jacob Omutuuze was contesting for the Bunamwaya Division LC3 post but lost to Betty Namala. He, however, swore that he would never participate in politics again after he witnessed violence firsthand. He alleged that most of his polling agents were badly beaten, and some were in prison.

He revealed that he doesn’t regret entering politics, but wouldn’t encourage anyone to do the same after his experiences.
“It is all stupid. I don’t have a reason to come back in 2031, because I know what I saw. I thank those who voted for me and supported me, but we shall leave those who want to lead to go ahead,” he said.
