Secular cum gospel musician Desire Luzinda has confirmed that she will be holding her introduction ceremony with fellow singer Levixone.
Yesterday, Desire Luzinda returned to Uganda ahead of her introduction and wedding with longtime boyfriend Levixone.
While addressing members of the press at Entebbe Airport, Desire Luzinda revealed that they will be holding their customary Introduction ceremony on 12th August 2025.
During the introduction ceremony, Levixone’s family will formally visit Desire Luzinda’s family and relatives to discuss marriage plans and present the bride price.
Subsequently, they would tie the knot at their highly anticipated wedding ceremony on 15th August 2025, officially becoming husband and wife.
Desire maintained that she is unbothered by the negativity surrounding her relationship with Levixone, making it known she has been in the music industry for over ten years, and has seen it all, deeming the criticism as background noise.

The couple’s wedding will be streamed by one of the local telecom companies, allowing fans and followers to watch the ceremony in real-time from anywhere.
