In a heartfelt gesture of empowerment and community support, Gabzy, who is set to perform at the Jambazz Rave summer Experience on 23rd August at Lugogo Hockey Grounds, has announced the provision of full scholarships for two underprivileged but exceptional young women to pursue their academic dreams at the International University of East Africa (IUEA).
The scholarships, which start with the August 2025 intake, will cover the full cost of tuition for any course offered at IUEA, a leading private university in Uganda known for its commitment to fostering innovation, academic excellence, and inclusivity.
In a recent tweet, Gabzy expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from young women across Uganda, stating, “Humbled by the love we’re receiving from amazing young women in Uganda! I’m thrilled to offer FULL scholarships for two underprivileged but exceptional girls to pursue any course at @IUEA starting this August intake. Apply now at iuea.ac.ug.”

The International University of East Africa (IUEA), fully chartered by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), is renowned for its diverse and dynamic academic environment, offering programs across faculties such as Business and Management, Science and Technology, and Engineering.
