French Montana Confirms Feature on Joshua Baraka’s Hit Song “Morocco”

Date:

Moroccan-American rapper French Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, has confirmed giving Joshua Baraka’s new song Morocco a whole new boost.

Released towards the end of 2025, the song between Joshua Baraka and producer Axon has gained significant global attention and airplay.

The song is a melodic dancehall-fusion track that honors Morocco as the host nation of the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The song’s success saw Baraka travel to Morocco, where he performed at the AFCON events, including a performance ahead of the Uganda vs. Tunisia match.

In an X post, one user recognized global star French Montana’s efforts to put Uganda on the international map by featuring the Ghetto Kids in his 2017 song Unforgettable.
