Events promoter Hajjat Mariam Mutakubwa, popularly known as Biggie Events, has addressed the public accusations of veteran Kadongo Kamu singer Lord Fred Sebatta.
Despite the show drawing an impressive number of attendees and being executed flawlessly, Sebatta claimed that he had not received the full payment agreed upon with the event promoter for his December 2024 concert at Kampala Serena Hotel, which celebrated his 42 years in the music industry.
In a media interview conducted on phone, Biggie questioned why Sebatta, who has never sat down to discuss the matter with her, would rush to rant to the media.
“Did the media contract him? Sebatta should look for the promoter who organized his concert. The media did not organize his concert,” she said.
