Feffe Bussi Dismisses Spite Allegations as He Fixes Lugogo Cricket Oval Concert Date

Date:

Rapper Feffe Bussi, real name Frank Mukiza, has spoken out on fixing his concert days before Karole Kasita’s big day.

Reports claimed that Feffe Bussi fixed his dates out of spite following their split with Karole Kasita. They alleged that he wanted to hurt her by staging a concert before her very big day, something that he strongly denies.

During a TV interview, he explained that sharing concert dates would not only cause fights between the artists but also reduce the number of his fans who would have come to support him.

It is not true because I cannot fix a concert on the same day as hers. Regardless, I wouldn’t want to clash with a fellow artist, as it wouldn’t work for me either, since I’d be cutting down the number of my fans.

Feffe Bussi further revealed that he didn’t just pick a date out of the blue but had been considering it for a while. He noted that the dates are simultaneous to his last concert in 2024; therefore, it wasn’t a new trend for him to settle for days like these.

When asked whether he would give in and change his dates, assuming Karole Kasita had made that request, he laughed it off, implying he wouldn’t give up his day.

Feffe Bussi will be celebrating a decade in the music industry and would love to be with his fans. Just like it had always been his dream to perform at one of the biggest concert venues in the country, he chose Lugogo Cricket Oval to mark this milestone.

Cricket Oval is veryoneé dream. Every Ugandan artist has dreamed of that while growing up. I’m also chasing my dream. Another thing, I had my concert outside the city in Munyonyo, and my fans showered me with a lot of love; this inspired me to bring it to the city center and enjoy it with them, he said.
