Big Talent musician Eddy Kenzo, real name Edrisah Musuuza, has responded to the promoters’ decision to implement a ban on him.
Addressing members of the press, the promoters’ association president disclosed that none of the association members would organise a concert for Eddy Kenzo.
The promoters based their decision on the grounds that Eddy Kenzo accumulated a hefty amount of money, but never funded their association, citing that their services were unwanted.
Eddy Kenzo, while responding to the allegations, noted that he would not take their threats seriously, considering the fact that they didn’t go through his office to officially lodge their complaints.
The visibly unbothered singer emphasized that he would be organizing his own shows henceforth if they choose not to partner with him.
“How can he ban me? Maybe it came from him as an individual and the promoters around him, promising that they would not organise my shows,” he said.
Despite the ban that he called a joke, Eddy Kenzo revealed the threats would not stop him from working, and he has a number of bookings lined up.

“That doesn’t mean that I will stop working because even right now, I’m fully booked with many performances coming up. I will organise myself if they refuse. I have to look for ways forward because I need to work,” he said.
