Media personality and actress Diana Nabatanzi has revealed that she couldn’t stay in a marriage without financial stability.
Nabatanzi, while speaking during her ‘Kasukali’ show, revealed that she was raised in a poor family where she watched her parents struggle to earn a living.
With that experience, she vowed never to go through the same situations again, especially with relationships and marriage.
Nabatanzi has worked her way to the top as one of the best female TV hosts, actresses, and event hosts. Given her level of success, she believes she owes it to herself to choose a partner who will offer her the financial stability and security she didn’t have growing up.
“Honestly, I want money. Imagine I suffered while growing up. In my childhood, I watched my father and mother hustling and suffering. All their family members have gone through the same situation, plus us, the kids who were raised in poverty. With this, I cannot go into a struggling marriage.
Imagine getting a man and staying by his side as he struggles to make it in life. You will battle through everything, including feeding, where you will even beg for food. I do not desire to live in such a situation. I want someone with money,” she noted.
